Every organization has a name but some names carry a story. For founder Kelly M. Moore, Dynamic Support Management (DSM) represents more than a business. It reflects the people, values and experiences that have shaped her life and professional journey. The initials DSM were intentionally chosen to honor three of the most important people in her life: Dwain, her father; Sharon, her mother; and Margaret, her grandmother. Their love, guidance and influence helped shape the values of compassion, integrity and perseverance that continue to guide her today. The initials also share a connection with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), reflecting Kelly's background in social work and her passion for mental health and human services. Together, these meanings represent where Kelly came from, the career she has dedicated herself to and the legacy she hopes to build through Dynamic Support Management.
