As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Kelly has dedicated her career to advocating for individuals, strengthening service delivery and promoting independence and quality of life. Her professional background includes executive level management and she currently serves as a Clinical Supervisor within a specialized recovery services program, further expanding her expertise in clinical operations, professional development and program oversight.
Kelly founded Dynamic Support Management with a vision of establishing an organization built on integrity, accountability and exceptional standards of care. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes operational excellence, employee development and creating an environment where individuals are respected, empowered and supported in achieving their personal goals.
As Founder, Kelly provides strategic direction and oversight of DSM's operations, regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives. She remains dedicated to fostering an organizational culture that values professionalism, collaboration and meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families the agency serves.
