Over Kelly's two-decade career span, she has served in a variety of professional roles. She has provided addiction services and treatment, screened young children for developmental delays and delivered mental health services to children & adults.
Kelly finds her employment as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to be the most impactful on her career. She is deeply passionate about advocating for the rights of individuals of all abilities. Kelly founded Dynamic Support Management in 2024 to ensure individuals with developmental disabilities in her community are welcomed, included and represented.
